Land Tax Tips

You must register for land tax if the value of all your taxable land is above the land tax threshold, even if you haven’t received a notice of assessment.

To register, you will need a client ID and correspondence ID. These are located in the top right hand corner of your land tax assessment notice or correspondence from us.

If you have not received an assessment notice or correspondence containing these details, go to the pre-registration page.

Once you have logged in, use the toolbar on the left of the screen for the following services.

Don’t forget to save or submit when you finish entering your information.
